Who We Are
Founded in 1987, the New York and New Jersey law firm of Trief & Olk is a dynamic litigation boutique, representing individuals and companies in a broad range of matters. The firm’s attorneys possess the core skills of effective litigators: thorough research; persuasive and fluent writing; tenacious advocacy against opposing counsel and in court; and strategic development and execution of a casewide strategy, including the trial skills needed to see the case through to the end.

How We Do It
We are known for our litigation expertise, the in-depth analysis we give all our cases, and the level of time, energy, and diligence we invest from the beginning of each case until the end. We never avoid the hard work of discovery in hopes of an early or easy settlement. We are thoroughly prepared—and prepared to try the case—every time. The firm has tried numerous complex jury and judge trials in federal and state courts and successfully continued our representation through the appellate courts when necessary.
