Class Action
Trief and Olk have initiated a class action lawsuit against the organizers of the 2023 Electric Zoo New York Music Festival. The lawsuit alleges that the organizers failed to adequately plan, manage, and deliver the advertised festival experience to ticket buyers and attendees. Specifically, the festival was cited for overcrowding, safety concerns, and unsanitary conditions.
